Abigail Philips

Associate Attorney

Abigail is an Associate Attorney admitted to practice law in the State of Illinois and before federal courts throughout the United States. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law and holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.

Prior to joining the firm, Abigail served with the Miami Immigration Court through the U.S. Department of Justice Honors Program. She also gained valuable experience representing individuals in complex immigration matters while working with Catholic Community Services and GF Immigration Law.

Abigail has extensive experience representing clients in both detained and non-detained immigration court proceedings. Her practice includes affirmative and defensive asylum applications, bond hearings, habeas corpus petitions, stays of removal, cancellation of removal, and other forms of humanitarian and removal defense relief. She is committed to providing compassionate, strategic advocacy and guiding clients through every stage of the immigration process with diligence and care.
