Calvin Kourosh Azadi, Esq.,
Managing Partner
Calvin is a member of the Florida Bar, admitted to practice state law in Florida and federal law throughout the United States of America. He is also a Florida-licensed Real Estate Agent.
Calvin’s real-world corporate experience, obtained prior to law school in his role as Logistics & Sales Manager at LEASA Industries, allows him to provide expert and practical legal advice to businesses.
Calvin earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law, and received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Florida State University.
He has previously worked for the Law Offices of Robert Sheldon, Brad Sohn Law Firm, Mena Law Firms, and the Honorable Judge Sarah Zabel.
Calvin has been featured in Voyage MIA, on W Radio, and on Musil Law Firm.com. Calvin was also featured on the New York Times “Lawyers of Distinction 2023” list.

Monica Fernandez, Business Visa Specialist
Monica is a trilingual Juris Doctor (English, Spanish & French) of Panamanian-Cuban descent, specializing in business and talent-based visas. After graduating from Emory University, Monica went on to study law at New England Law School in Boston, before settling in Miami.
Raquel White Esq., Of Counsel
Raquel is a member of the Florida Bar, admitted to practice state and federal law throughout the United States. With over 20 years of immigration law experience, Raquel earned a Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law and previously worked as Assistant Public Defender at the Law Office of the Public Defender, Broward County.
Carolina Sanchez, Law Office Manager
With a Bachelor’s Degree from Florida International University and over 10 years of experience in immigration law, Carolina is the firm’s Senior Paralegal and Office Manager. Carolina was born in Bogota, Colombia and moved to Miami at the age of 12, where she has lived ever since.
Sarah Palacios, Law Clerk
Sarah is a bilingual Law Clerk of Peruvian-Cuban heritage, with a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Alabama, currently studying for her Juris Doctor at St Thomas University College of Law. Sarah most often assists the firm’s attorneys with work and talent-based visa cases.
Julia Bolufe, Legal Assistant
Julia handles the majority of our administrative tasks. A Miami native of Cuban descent, she holds a bachelor’s degree from Florida International University and will be starting law school next year.
Camila Espinosa, Case Manager
Camila is an experienced legal assistant of Cuban-Venezuelan descent, who grew up in South Florida. Camila holds a bachelor’s degree from Florida International University, and spends most of her time assisting the firm with evidence collection and organization.
Luis Guillen, Visa Specialist
Luis specializes in Business, Investor, and Talent (Ability) Visas. He is a trilingual (English, Spanish, and German) Juris Doctor, who graduated from the University of Miami School of Law. Before immigrating to the U.S. for law school, Luis practiced law in Quito, Ecuador and worked as an Engineer in Munich, Germany.
Sandra Lackmann, Law Clerk
Sandra is in her final year at the University of Miami School of Law. She graduated magna cum laude from the Ohio State University and was a National Buckeye Scholar. Sandra worked for an immigration law firm in Ohio, the U.S. Committee for Refugees and Immigrants (Ayuda), and Catholic Charities Legal Services.
